The results are a clear honey with the cinnamon quills suspended in the honey or the gentle floral notes of real vanilla grown and cured in the ideal climate of the Ruwenzori Mountains of Uganda. Add the vanilla honey to sweet and savoury dishes and recipes. Perfect with fresh fruit or drizzled over ice cream and Greek yoghurt. The cinnamon honey is infused with true cinnamon sticks from Sri Lanka and is a versatile infusion for sweet and savoury recipes. Or simply mix into warm tea or drizzle on toast or fruit and yoghurt.
