This honey is the summer honey produced in 2024. It was put into jars in September 2024. The bees forage on acres wildflowers and trees in the areas surrounding Newbattle Abbey on the outskirts of Edinburgh. Our unique honey is a sweet treat, the presence of wildflowers makes for a well rounded mild honey. Our honey is always unpasteurised and minimally filtered retaining its natural properties.
